Which services can you deliver to clients outside Brazil?
Services that can be developed remotely: engineering design and documentation, technical studies, analysis and consulting, quantity takeoffs and cost estimation, BIM and digital engineering, technical data analysis and custom software. Each scope is confirmed against the project requirements and the regulations that apply where the project is located.
Do you carry out inspections or site work outside Brazil?
No. Inspections, surveys, fieldwork, site supervision and other activities that depend on physical presence or local professional licensing are provided in Brazil only.
Can your engineering designs be used in other countries?
Designs are prepared to the codes agreed for each project. Where local law requires a locally licensed professional to review, seal or take responsibility for the design, we work alongside your engineer of record, who remains responsible for local approval.
Are your reports valid in Brazil?
Yes. Reports and designs for projects in Brazil follow the applicable ABNT standards and are signed by licensed civil engineers registered with CREA, with an ART recorded for each service.
Can you help foreign investors assess Brazilian real estate or infrastructure funds?
Yes. We carry out technical due diligence of the assets held by Brazilian real estate funds (FIIs) and infrastructure funds: appraisals under ABNT NBR 14653, technical and regulatory status, physical condition and a comparison between what was disclosed and what has been built, using site visits and satellite monitoring. Reports are delivered in English and support your decision; they are not investment recommendations, financial audits or legal opinions.
Can you help structure the approval and licensing of an infrastructure project in Brazil?
Yes. We carry out the technical and regulatory structuring of large infrastructure projects at municipal, state and federal levels: feasibility, legal requirements, licensing, special authorizations, technical studies and technical support for administrative or legislative processes. Decisions rest with the competent authorities, and legal matters are handled with the project's legal counsel.
